As an all-hazards emergency services agency, our members respond to a wide range of incidents including structure fires, medical emergencies, motor vehicle collisions, technical rescues, and specialized operations. We operate using NFPA inspired standards, aggressive interior attack practices, and continuous training to maintain readiness for every type of emergency.
Warhawk Fire Department responds to structure fires, vehicle fires, and hazardous fire conditions using coordinated fire attack tactics, rapid search operations, and effective ventilation strategies. Our engines carry full hose loads, high-flow pumps, and the tools needed for any interior or exterior firefight.
Every frontline unit is trained to deliver high-quality EMS care, providing rapid assessment, treatment, and stabilization at medical emergencies and traumatic incidents. From cardiac calls to multi-patient scenarios, our EMS readiness is a core part of serving the community.
Our Special Operations group handles technical rescue incidents including high-angle rope rescue, confined space, extrication, machinery entrapments, and complex rescue situations that require advanced tools and specialized training. These teams support large-scale or technically demanding incidents across the district.
In rural, wildland, and interface zones, our brush units and trained personnel handle outdoor fires, grass/brush fires, and wind-driven incidents. Crews are equipped for fast off-road access, pump-and-roll tactics, and extended operations under challenging terrain and fire behavior conditions.
